At Crafted Jewellery by Ami, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. We are committed to delivering products that reflect quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

No Return & Exchange Policy
As all our jewellery is handcrafted and made with precision, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order is delivered. This also allows us to maintain strict hygiene standards and ensure every customer receives a fresh, unused product.

In Case of Damage or Incorrect Product
While we ensure thorough quality checks, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to assist you.

To raise a concern, please note the following:

You must contact us within 12–24 hours of delivery 
A parcel opening video is mandatory, clearly showing:
1. The sealed package before opening
2. The unboxing process
3. The product and the issue/defect

Requests without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
